Can I switch between plans?

What happens if I run out of credits?
The number of credits you have remaining are always displayed on the header. You'll be notified when your running low — no surprises!
Can I combine subscription and pay-as-you-go credits?
Yes! Subscription credits will be used first, and when depleted, we'll automatically use your pay-as-you-go credits.
Can I get a refund for unused credits?
Pay-as-you-go token purchases are non-refundable. For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
How much do images cost to generate?
Image generation costs vary depending on the quality level you choose:

Why is there such a jump from Standard to High quality?
High-quality AI image generation is much more expensive because it requires significantly more GPU compute, energy, and time. The step up in quality exposes the physical limits of today's AI infrastructure—every high or superior quality image request is powered by clusters of high-performance GPUs running at full throttle. This is not just a software challenge, but a hardware and energy one as well. As a result, high and superior quality images can take an order of magnitude more resources and time to generate, which is reflected in the cost. For most users, Standard Quality offers the best value for both speed and price.
How long do I have to download the generated image?
For pay-as-you-go we will keep your generated art for 7 days, if you wish us to host it for longer you can pay 1 credit per image to get an extra year, or, if you have a subscription plan hosting within your plans allocation is free for as long as the plan is active.
